As part of the Main Street Chillicothe team, Liv brings a mix of creativity, humor, and genuine love for his community to everything he does.

🐾 Got pets?

Yes, and they are characters. Liv has two cats — Tempest and Calcifer — and a pit bull named Niffie, who is best described as a buff toddler in dog form. Together, they run the house. Liv just pays the bills.

💡 What keeps you excited and motivated?

“Seeing my community thrive.” Liv grew up spending time downtown, so watching it evolve — with new businesses, new murals, and new ideas — is deeply personal. Helping make that growth happen? Even better.

🍝 What do you do for fun?

Every Wednesday, Liv hosts dinner with friends. Sometimes it’s a chill evening, and sometimes it looks like a sitcom episode with a dozen people and one confused pit bull. Either way, it’s always a good time.

🎃 Favorite Main Street event?

Boofest — when it’s not cold. Liv loves the sea of costumes, the candy-fueled chaos, and the unmatched energy of 1,500 people downtown. “You have to be there to know,” he says. (He’s not wrong.)

🧟 Zombie apocalypse: are you surviving?

Tomie said no. Liv agreed. We respect the self-awareness.

🎶 Go-to music?

His playlist lives somewhere between a skating rink time capsule and a pop diva dance party. He’s all over the place — and proud of it. But when “Love Shack” by the B-52s hits, clear the floor. It’s Liv’s moment.
