This week, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on Roze Frampton, who has been serving the City of Chillicothe for an incredible 28 years. Her dedication and commitment to our community is something we truly admire and celebrate.

What is something you can’t live without at work?
Roze admits she can’t go without coffee creamer—because a little sweet treat (and caffeine boost!) goes a long way in keeping the day moving.

What is a personal motto you live by?
“Give it 24 hours.” Roze believes that taking time to process—especially when it comes to big decisions—is vital. Sleeping on it and giving things space often leads to the best outcomes.

What is your favorite downtown mural?
Roze can’t get enough of the Library Mural, a classic downtown favorite that always catches her eye.

What inspires you?
Roze has a deep love for her community and is always working to help it thrive. She notes the strong sense of community and pride people have for Chillicothe, which motivates her every day.

What do you do for fun?
Roze and her family love spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks, and she recently learned how to ride a jetski—so watch out on the water!

Do you have any unusual talents?
Recently, Roze learned how to make balloon animals. She admits it’s harder than it looks, but her balloon dog is top-notch. Just a heads-up—she’s not available for parties… yet!
