Explore Seneca's History at the 2025 Museum Fest!



Mark your calendars and come celebrate Seneca’s rich heritage at Museum Fest on Saturday, June 14th! From 10 AM to 2 PM, you’ll have the opportunity to experience the incredible history of our community — and best of all, it's completely free!


All five of Seneca’s museums will be open and free to visit:


  • Pony Express Museum

  • Fire Department Museum

  • Military Museum (Temple of Honor)

  • Historic Jail & Residence

  • Hand Dug Well


But that’s not all! We’re making Museum Fest even bigger with fun activities for the whole family:


  • Victorian Games on the lawn of the Military Museum from 10 AM–2 PM

  • Eisenhower Reenactor at the Seneca Free Library at 10 AM

  • Historic Presentation by Author Rosie Bosse at the Seneca Free Library at 1 PM

  • Vendors at Castle Hall (601 Castle Street)

  • Historic Scavenger Hunt and even more surprises!
