🚗 Paola Heartland Car Show Volunteer Opportunities 🤝

Our annual car show is right around the corner, and we need your help to make this our best year yet! We are looking for energetic volunteers to join our team and help keep the show running smoothly. Whether you enjoy being at the heart of the action by directing vendors and assisting with car placement, or prefer a steady pace at the registration table or managing barricades, there is a spot for everyone. It’s a fantastic way to get an up-close look at some incredible vehicles while supporting our community event.

Volunteer Roles Available:

• Gate & Barricade Support: Help manage traffic flow and keep our attendees safe.

• Car Placement Crew: Assist drivers in getting their show cars parked and positioned perfectly.

• Vendor Liaisons: Guide our vendors to their designated spots and help them get settled.

• Registration Team: Welcome participants, hand out packets, and answer general questions.
