Who Are You, Really? No, Seriously — We're Asking. We Need Your Responses.

Here's a small confession:

• Somewhere in our system, there's a member representative listed who changed jobs eleven months ago.
• There's a phone number that rings a desk nobody sits at anymore.
• There's an email address that bounces back, politely, every single time we try to reach it.

We're not naming names. We're not even sure of all the names, honestly — and that's exactly the point.

▶ When we don't know who your current representative is, we can't invite them to the events built for them.

When we don't have the right email, we can't get you the opportunities, the deadlines, the "hey, this one's for you" moments that make membership worth something. When a phone number is wrong, a ribbon cutting invitation, a golf classic sign-up, a feedback request — all of it — lands somewhere it was never meant to go.

So — we're asking for a small favor with a real payoff.

A few minutes now means you're not missed for the things built specifically with you in mind — the events, the introductions, the resources, the next chapter of everything we're building.
