A group of local investors developed the local Herington hotel providing the Transient Guest tax that allowed the establishment of the Visit Herington Convention & Visitors Bureau. The main goal is to attract visitors and improve their experience in the Herington community. Visit Herington strives to be the catalyst for creating events, conventions, group gatherings, and a hometown feel. Visit Herington strives to be a vital partner with the City of Herington and community organizations in efforts to revitalize business and life in the Herington community.
